Unlock with phone

My versa 2 says “unlock with phone”. However, I’ve done the trouble shooting and it isn’t working. I’ve restarted it numerous times, disconnecting it, shut down the ap. Turned off Bluetooth. Upgraded the software and app.  Nothing. I’m at a loss.

This is not a troubleshooting problem @Rachel1991 

  • Simply open the Fitbit app.
  • Tap the top left to get to settings.
  • Tap your tracker. 
  • Tap device lock
  • Put in the code or pattern to unlock pgone
  • Pick a new pass code.
