I changed over my clock face on my versa lite for the first time to the business clock face. I've been trying for a few days now to switch it back to the original trace clock face. I keep getting an installation failed message or some installations did not finish but when I try to continue installation I get the same failed message. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my fitbit and repaired it to my phone. Any other options???

Your tracker can store up to 5 of the last clock faces which can be chosen from the clock app on the tracker.
You might want to try, through the Versa Lite, swipe to clock. Tap and choose your wanted face

I've tried that as well, its like the trace isn't saved properly onto the fitbit. The name is there but no image. I click on it and it just returns to the other clock face. 😞
