Versa red light always on

My Versa red light is constantly on and is not tracking heart rate. I have tried shutting down, turning the heart  tracker on and off, and shutting down, but still Is not eorking. Can you help please?

Hi @Brora I would try a restart or a shutdown. Do a restart to turn on. 

Also swipe to settings and make sure that the heart rate is on. 

BTW the red light is for Oxygen, not heart rate.
