Only 1 option for a Remote Camera App and it does not work

This is so frustrating. This is such a basic feature and I cannot believe that I cannot get it on my Versa. Even the off brand, cheap fitness watches I get my kids have this. Any advice anyone?

I'm not sure I understand.  Are you asking for the Versa to have a built-in camera?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

No I just want to be able to take a photo with my phone using the watch as a a remote to snap the photo.

I see.  I haven't seen anyone on these boards mention or request that.  Perhaps what is a basic feature is somewhat in the eye of the user.

The place to make this knows is the Feature Suggestions Board where other could also vote for it, or look to see it has already been requested and vote for that.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

AGREED.

So... why is it that FitBit only has 1 App for the camera feature? I've paid twice and it still doesnt work. Looks like many have had the same issue. AND YES, I've watched the video and NO... it simply doesnt connect. You would think they could find another programmer that can get this feature to actually work on my Versa watch.  When you contact customer support for the App, they say it is a FitBit issue.  Unbelievable!!!
