Only 2 days old and cannot sync

After the second day my new Versa 2 won't sync any more. I've read plenty of help features on the Forum, as well as following Youtube videos on this issue. I've shut down the Fitbit app on my cell phone and did a restart, same with Bluetooth, my cellphone. My cell phone is an LG6. I've tried all options I could see suggested on the Forum as well as on the internet.

So...please tell me what is wrong!

And why is it that I can't sync my brand new Fitbit Versa 2?

I cant tell you what is wrong @Tegiro .

I can point you to the help docs.

I would also clear the Fitbit cache an through the phones settings stop the Fitbit app
