Hi there,
I bought a versa on the 10 August 2018. Two days ago the screen had went blank and was unresponsive. I assumed the battery had died but when I plugged it in it was fully charged. The watch is only responsive in the charging cradle. I have tried doing factory resets on the watch and also reinstalling the mobile app, but it hasn't fixed the problem. When the watch is not in the charging cable, it is completely unresponsive no matter what I do, despite being fully charged.
Is there anything to fix this?
