Randomly vibrates and touch screen will not work

About a week now my fitbit will randomly vibrate and sometimes it will restart. My other issue is the touch screen is not working at times. I reset the versa 2 and it will work fine for about a day or 2 then will not work again. Any solutions or ideas?

I had a similar problem with my Versa 2: screen was unresponsive after being in sleep mode for about 20 min or so. Did a few factory resets to no avail. I contacted support and they did not have any troubleshooting beyond that. Your best bet is to contact support.
