Just out of curiosity, is anyone out there still using an original Versa? I received mine and kept it working continuously, with a lot of effort struggling through the bad software updates that would from time to time tank the watch and make it seem like it was permanently done for only for me to revive it by investing days upon days to revive it each time... until last month. It crashed pretty badly at the end of August and although I managed to get it working again, I had a series of problems and crashes over and over in September and I began suspecting that the internal lithium ion battery might have been nearing the end of it’s physical life span and that subtle drops in voltage might have been coming into play; I finally gave in and bought a Sense.
I’m just curious if anyone else out there made it this long with an original 2018 Versa or whether I was perhaps the last of us, or nearly so.

I am stiil using my original Versa which I think is now called a Versa 1.
I "upgraded" to a Versa 3 but it was very unreliable in gathering health statistics
The original Versa just keeps plugging away with simple stats such as steps distance and heart rate which is sufficient for me - and pretty accurate unlike its more modern cousin.

My original versa has just died. I can’t find where to do a factory reset from the app, the screen on my versa is just black. I pushed the left and bottom right buttons together yesterday and it looked like it might fire up but I got nothing.
Today I read about holding all buttons in for about 20 secs and then it vibrated and now absolutely nothing again.
Feeling really sad and naked with out it x

I keep using it since today with no issues! The battery last for about 2 days.

I keep it all the time and I just love it. I used it for the Special Olympics events
