Original Versa - No Clocks App

I cannot change the clock face on my Versa.

Once a face is clicked, the screen buffers for hours. There is no option to Select.

The latest version of the Fitbit app on my android phone and two Windows 10 laptops does not include the Clocks App.

According to the Fitbit app, there are no firmware updates to download.

How can I install the Clocks app?
Or do I assume that my not-so-old Versa is no longer supported?
