Versa Lite won't keep time

My Versa lite keeps losing time, its so annoying and is making me late to appointments as I'm so used to relying on it. I then really struggle getting it to sync. Anyone have any advice please 🙂

Me too losing about 30 minutes overnight since last app update on Android phone.

I've read about switching this off and that off, turn round 40 times clockwise and 20 star jumps (ok I may have made up the last two!) but trying switching off auto time zone to see if that works tonight.

Sorry not much help 🙄

Thanks so much I will try that, it's so so annoying!! Hope yours comes
right! Mine loses time all through the day then is fine once it syncs then
loses time again

I am having the same issue with my brand new versa 3 it is 12 minutes off.

I sync'd it and it did not correct.

Does anyone have the solution on how to fix it? I was 10 minutes late to a meeting today due to the time being incorrect.

Hey

I got hold of fitbit support on Twitter and the were very helpful we tried
a few things that didn't work so they replaced the pebble 🙂
