My email from my phone is sending notifications to my versa. The problem i have is, my company uses Outlook365 app for emails and I can't get these messages to push to my phone. Can you not add apps to the versa notifications? The whole point in me getting the versa was to get all emails not just he gmail/yahoo/etc. from my "mail" on my iPhone. I also need to get work emails from Outlook365 and it isn't showing up as app under notifications.

Hi, give this a try: click on the Versa watch in the right upper screen side of your dashboard. It will take you to the page were you also find Clock Faces, etc. Scroll down to Notifications, choose email and thereafter "Outlook" as your standard email app. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Thanks for replying, however, this didn't work for me. There is no Outlook option to choose (in Versa). When I select the Notifications the first page allows me to choose which notifications to turn on: Calls/Texts/Calendar Events. I can go into "App Notifications" and the only option I have is "Mail" which is just my iPhone Mail not Outlook. There is no Outlook option for me to choose.

Hi, I meant to do the change in the Fitbit app on your mobile device and not the Versa itself. There you can choose between Gmail and Outlook. See if that works. Sorry for the confusion.

No problem but I was on the phone app, there is no distinction between gmail and outlook, it just says mail.

This is very strange, when I press email, I get the choice between Gmail or Outlook. Confused!
UPDATE: found where it goes wrong: I have the Fitbit app installed on my Tablet, which indeed shows the two possibilities. Installed it on my phone and then I only see the Gmail option. This is very strange if you ask me!

You're very welcome. Already started a topic in this board regarding this difference in behaviour of the Fitbit app on mobile device vs tablet. See what it brings.

Outlook finally showed up in my App Notifications to turn on. I went into my iPhone settings to make sure I had all notification options turned on for Outlook365 and maybe that did it. So the next time I did a sync it appeared. Hope this helps someone else.
