Pace and Distance Not Accurate

So frustrated. When using the Versa run feature my pace and distance is inaccurate. I have adjusted the stride length with GPS and manually. It still gives me inaccurate numbers. I am a 8 year, 5 days a week all year long runner. I know my route distances and have a pace of 8 min. 30 seconds. My Versa tells me I have a 13 min pace and the distance is not correct. Please help.

@reginamarie1977 Are you starting your Run manually on your Versa? This would turn on connected GPS. If at any point the GPS connection is killed, you could observe discrepancies in distance and pace. Please open Fitbit mobile app and double check route recorded for your run. Is it correct? Is it complete?

Thank you for the response and help. It appears that my GPS connection was killed during my recorded runs. I ran today at lunch and my Versa distance and pace worked well. I’m grateful. For a moment I was going to go back to my Fitbit zip.

@reginamarie1977 I'm glad I could help. 👍🏻😊 The location services can get killed especially if you're on Android. Make sure Fitbit mobile app is not being optimized in the Android Settings>Battery>Optimization.

im being affect as well. Pace on my sense is not accurate. What should I do?
