I am setting up Versa 2. The screen says bluetooth paring is taking longer than usual. I think an hour is a bit excessive in attempting to pair. When I hit the cancel button, it says "Canceling this process may result in poor connectivity with your Fitbit device." What to do???? I need to go to bed!!!

You can try logout of the FitbitApp and restarting your phone and watch and trying again.
If it is part of the initial setup process you may need wifi too so keep your watch and phone together near the wifi source and with the watch on charge and make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices on nearby.
This will increase the chance of it working.
