Hi @dragonkitty66 , this problem might be due to the fact that your mobile device is not supported by Fitbit, yet. See: Supported Devices. In the mean time you can install the Fitbit app on your Windows 10 PC and add your Versa to the BT devices of Windows. The only limitations are that you're not able to install other Clock Faces and Apps. Regards kuzibri

The manual states that Samsung J3 is compatible. This is a J3?

I also have a Moto phone, syncing prefectly all year & then it suddenly stopped syncing from 23:59 night before last. I have uninstalled & reinstalled app on phone, checked everything on phone, followed and advice given& no change. Before & After reinstalling it keeps rejecting pairing???

Mine worked great until the latest update a week or so ago. Since then I keep having to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to sync, and now this morning I've tried that twice and it won't connect at all. Says versa 2 is rejecting the pair. Fitbit needs to get it together and come up with a bug fix. This is my first fitbit product and I will never buy another. Extremely disappointed.

I just bought a versa 2 and my Fitbit is rejecting pairing with my Motorola phone Bluetooth. Is this the same problem you had and did you find a fix?

I have an Aristo 4 and I haven't been able to sync for almost a week. I have the latest update and it won't pair or allow my wifi to connect either. I don't want to lose half a weeks data either.
Help!!!!
