When I tap on the app, it provides me with the following message "there is a problem with your Pandora subscription. Check Pandora settings in the Fitbit mobile app". First, I confirmed that my account is active and do not know where to go on the mobile app to modify the settings so that it works properly. Any suggestions?

On the mobile app tap on the upper right icon (the one that appears like a document page). Then tap on the Versa tile. Look for the Media tile and tap that. That should bring up the Pandora tile which you tap to get to the Pandora options.

It's great to welcome you @tarthur and @wtksk8r thanks for stopping by.
I would like to know if you keep having issues with your Pandora subscription? Have the instructions provided by our friend worked? In the meantime, you can take a look at the help article How do I listen to Pandora stations on my Fitbit watch?.
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
