Just did the recommended software update for Versa 2 last night and now none of the time/date/stats are displaying. Basically no numbers are showing up, just the icons. I’ve restarted everything about 5 times and forgotten the device and re-synced and nothing is working. Any helpful input is appreciated.

Do you have an iPhone or android & is the software on it up to date? I installed iOS 15.4 yest & my Versa wouldn’t connect or sync. Did forget device, logged in to Fitbit via browser, rebooted everything & still nothing. Putting it in the charging cable fixed it.. connected w/my phone immed & has been prob free since.

Try signing in to your fitbit acct via browser as well as deleting Fitbit APP then reinstalling.

I've had the same issue only since doing the update ...really frustrating I've even factory reset after as someone suggested still nothing ... tried contacting support and that keeps crashing
