Partial data sync

My versa syncs with the app, but sometimes the data isn't entirely accurate.  For example, my watch shows I met every hourly step goal today (12 of 12 hours), yet when it syncs the app shows me missing steps for two hours.  But the overall step count is correct.

I've had this happen about 10 times since purchasing the watch in January.  It's frustrating.

Hi, you can do several things:

1. Logout of your account on the Fitbit app

2. Restart your phone

3. Login again on your Fitbit account, or:

4. Deinstall the Fitbit app from your phone without unpairing or removing your Versa from the account.

5. Restart your phone and enable BT

6. Reinstall the Fitbit app

7. Sync your Versa with your phone and see if the problem is solved,

I tried the above suggestion and it didn't solve my issue.   The app is still not giving me credit for steps per hour or active minutes.   Any suggestions?
