I had to do a factory reset on my Versa last night (I haven’t even had it for 6 months) because after I was done charging it last night, all of a sudden if changed to military time and was 1:00 pm, and it was April 20th. Meanwhile, my battery went from 100 down to 46%, and everything changed from the Imperial measurement system to Metric. Everything I read said to do a factory reset, and after restarting my watch a couple of times, I did so. Now, my Versa will not turn on at all. I even tried holding all 3 buttons and I held them for 5 minute so and nothing happened. I called customer support and they told me to set it up like it’s a new device, but I don’t see how I can do that if it won’t turn on to allow my phone to register the device. I got this as a Christmas gift from my boyfriend not even 6 months ago, can someone help?

Hi, before I'm giving you suggestions in lenght to get your Versa possibly up and running again, just one question: when you put your Versa in the charger and connect it to your PC, does your screen wake up and tells you it's charging?

@andyleigh3 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not turning on even though you have restarted it.
The information that requested @SunsetRunner will help us to assist you accordingly.
As an aside note, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. It contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it.
Looking forward to your response!
