My bank card isn’t compatible with Versa so I don’t need a pass code. How do I remove the pass code from the Versa device?

Open the Fitbit app, account, your device, device lock. Disable pin code. 

If you can not disable pin code, it should have been set for Fitbit Pay only and should not be a problem.
