For the last several days my Versa doesn't appear to accept my password. I type it in and it just freezes on the password screen. If I try to type another password in it does the same thing. I thought perhaps I was locked out since it happened shortly after my nine-month-old started pressing all the buttons to feel it vibrate but It doesn't give me any sort of error or message. I've also tried to reset it on my iPhone to no avail. I no longer get notifications or am able to use my FitPay since the password isn't working. Also, I know the password is correct - in case you're wondering. Please help!

@RiRi_M It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't accepting your password. Try removing your credit card information from the Fitbit app and turn off the Fitbit pay option then try changing the password so you can unlock your Versa.
