Almost a month ago. I stopped receiving texts and calls. On my Versa to. I called two weeks ago and they said there was a fix on the way after we performed all the troubleshooting. Tasks and nothing helped. Today I called again. Went through all the troubleshooting tasks again. Downloaded the update. I now get phone calls, but still no text. The main reason I bought this watch is for the text if this isn't fixed soon. I expect some kind of refund. Extremely frustrated
