Hi There, 

My Fitbit Versa works 100% expect for the phone call notifications, when i receive a phone call it doesn't notify me on my Fitbit.

 

Apparently they say that it is faulty, could be this be correct?

 

I am using a Huawei p10plus.

It may be lack of compatability between the Versa and your phone as it it is not on the Supported Devices List and notifications are onenof the firstbfeatures to have problems when  fitbit andnphone are not quite compatable. All you can do is go through THIS Help Article on Troubleshooting  Notifications
