Hi all,
I noticed last night after missing an important call that my versa 2 appeared to be no longer connected to my phone (samsung A9). I’ve all the usual steps….force stop Fitbit app, reboot phone, reboot versa 2, unpair versa 2 from Bluetooth etc.
the phone now can’t detect the versa 2 after multiple scan attempts with the versa next to it, though it does detect other devices in another room! Strange thing is when I try to sync the versa with app on my phone, that works! All settings are correct/on for notifications from phone so I am completely puzzled by this.
any ideas?

Seems like ever since I opted in on the AFib detection, my Versa 2 has not been working properly detecting my sleep patterns and not connecting to Bluetooth. Not sure what one has to do with the other, my Fitbit no longer tracks my sleep even if I reboot it.

I opted yesterday for the a-fib tracking also. My Fitbit was fully charged when I did that and this morning the battery has drained down to 26% and I can no longer sync to my iPhone.

I will get my fitbit to work with my phone for a little while, but a few hours later, I'm going through all the "fix it" steps again.
I'm missing calls and texts as a result so now I have to have my phone physically on me at all times.
This has happened since I accepted the Afib tracking.
When I can get it to synch, it captures my sleep information.
