My volume is at 100% but when I am connected to my fitbit versa and get a call the phone only beeps at real low volume. This is not good as I need to hear my phone ring when I am asleep

I just tried mine and it as loud as always. Even with the Versa hooked up. 

My iPhone 6 calls it "Ringer" and not volume. 

Not sure what type of phone you have.

Hi @bbygirl778 when mentioning a problem with the phone, it would be helpful to include the type of phone. 

I've seen this type of problem mentioned before. but dontdoknow which phone it was either.

Okay let me clarify my ringer volume is at 100% And I do not have an iPhone
