Phone locked

My daughter was playing with my watch and now it says "Unlock with your phone". I've tried all of the recommendations from moderators but the side button is not good enough (a design fault) and the turn off, on, off, on, off recommendation doesn't work.

I was able to answer that question a few times years ago but I don't remember the exact answer.  I just remember  I would re-start each time by going to "Help" and searching for "Fitbit Pay" but "Help" has been redone so much since then, and (I'm starting to remember it now), it was that it had asked for your 4-digit code to unlock credit card pay screen and you had entered incorrect code at least 10 times (easy thing for kid to get into), then it would say to unlock with your phone, and you would have to go to probably wherever you originally set the security code, and set a new code, but to do so, you would have to re-add all your cards.  In thinking that through and remembering as I typed it, it is now probably somewhere within Google Wallet.  I'm fairly sure you have to reset your 4 digit PIN, and probably drop and re-add any cards also.  I'm not exactly sure how that works within G-Wallet. 

But maybe it wasn't within wallet because it was also security code for just removing it from wrist, even if didn't use wallet/Fitbit Pay.
