Just got the versa .My son has the Alta and his phone is syncing with my phone.How do I get it to switch to the versa and not his?

@Lexi73 you need to log out from Fitbit mobile app (your son is probably still logged in) and log in with your own Fitbit account's credentials. If you still haven't set the Versa up, you will have to do it. Place it in the charging dock near the router, and tap the account icon (looks like a business card) in the top right corner, then scroll down to Set Up a New Device. Follow instructions on the screen. 

 

Note: if your son will not sync with your phone anymore, please remove (forget) his tracker from the Paired Devices list in the Bluetooth settings on your phone.
