Phone notification issues with Fitbit Versa 2

Recently purchased an fitbit versa 2 smartwatch and from the very first day it has problem with receiving notifications from the mobile.

 
I feel dumb to pay my money for your product which doesn't work.
 
Kindly raise a high severity incident or ticket to your developers to get this resolved. 
 
I see that all the users  who purchased this fitbit versa 2 complain about the same issue. Why were u putting a false feature to your product which is not working and selling it??
 

What kind of s/w development cycle you guys follow? Haven't you guys tested ur product before releasing it?

 
It's not fair looting customers money by doing this. 
 
Kindly remove this feature from the watch and reduce it's price. And am going to report this on social medias and app store, your community everywhere. 
 
Legaly I can file a case against this saying you make false advertisement on your product and selling it. Anyhow am not going to do that. I consider the life of innocents behind this.
 
So please resolve this ASAP or remove this feature from the watch and sell for a low price.

Hello @DINESHKUMAR when asking for help with a phone issue it is helpful for those that would like to help to include the type of phone. 

As for all users we are aware that iOS made recent changes which has caused problems with notifications on fitbit and Garmen. 

 

As for the other platforms yes their are a few users that are having issues but it is far from all users. 

As for what you are asking the community to do is a little more than what we are in control off
