Please help.
I have tried a factory reset, a shut down and charging, none work.
My Versa has been fine since this new one arrived. However I noticed it had gone a bit dim this afternoon, although about 80% charged.
I decided to change the watch face this afternoon and all was well. However, it’s now completely blank and the HR lights have also gone off too! Please help?

Hi @VicVersa , change your Clock Face back to one developed by Fitbit itself and after that restart your phone and Versa three times and see if the problem is solved. Regards kuzibri

Thanks for this. I tried to change the clock face but the screen is completely blank.
Anyone any ideas?
