Phone number not clearing

I have a new versa 3 and I have one phone number not clearing.  Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi  @mdcneb  - are you trying to set it up? If so the number has to be entered in the App, if not, when or where are you seeing the number?

Hello,
No it's all set up. I see it when I pull down from the top of the
watch. It's where you can reply, delete, respond or clear but no matter how
many times I hit clear it won't clear, I deleted the number from my call
log on my phone.

I appreciate any help you can give me.

@mdcneb  - the notification should auto clear if you open the message on the phone as long as the watch was connecting well.

 

Try logout of the Fitbit App, Restart the watch and phone, login and sync, then try to clear it.
