I recently purchased a new Versa 3 to upgrade from my Charge 4. On the Charge 4 fitbit pay works perfectly, but now when I try to add my card I recieve a message that my bank is not supported but it is the same card.
I even tried to reconnect the Charge 4 to see and with that attached to my account I can add the card without problem. I don't understand how that can be. I feel like I have tried everything.
Does anyone know what the problem might be?
