I have a Versa 2 that is already setup up with the app on my mobile phone. Problem is I need to reset time and some other things, but the top of my screen doesn't work to click on the icon to edit anything. How can I do it otherwise, can you sign in from another mobile phone and reser it. I want to change screen, personalize it differently also. Thanks for any advice or info you can give, 😊 TIA

Hi @TeriNansel - you can login to https://www.fitbit.com/ on a PC and see your information there.
If you have the Fitbit App on another phone it may be possible to login there [without syncing necessarily] and adjust the layout for the account.
To avoid syncing problems after, turn the Bluetooth off first on the other phone so the watch stays paired with the original phone.

Rebooting is the most basic troubleshooting step you can execute, and it does the trick for most problems. However, if it doesn't fix your flickering display, consider wiping your phone entirely by performing a hard reset. Doing so will restore your phone to its factory settings and clear the cache.

1 Restart your device to reboot Screen Time. 2 Refresh settings by disabling and re-enabling Screen Time. 3 Turn off Low Power Mode. 4 Update your device to fix Screen Time errors.
