I really like the fitbit pay feature, and i works flawlessly.

What I don't like, is that I have to pin lock the entire watch.

I would like to see a feature, where You can put a pin code on only the wallet, but leave everything else unlocked...

Hello @Kardi  open your Fitbit app, then tap your versa. 

Now scroll up to the device lock, tap and enter your phones unlock code.

Now choose lock for only Fitbit pay.

 

This is explained in the Lock FAQ. Question 3
