Hi all, 

can anyone help me please. I was going set up my wallet in my watch, put all details in and said yes to having a PIN number to get into watch , then found out it doesn’t support my bank so I never bothered. I don’t know how to cancel the PIN number to get into watch now though.

Open up your Fitbit app, go to the Device Lock, enter the code to unlock the phone. Set the pin for Fitbit pay only. This should have already been done.

 

Now get out your bank card and call the help number on the back of the card. Ask them to support the Fitbit virtual card.

Does your bank support Garmin, Samsung, or Apple pay? Google it, If so they should be willing to support Fitbit pay.
