Can someone please help me with my Versa 2?? It is less than 3 months old. It was taken off to shower, and when I returned, the screen was pixelated and unable to view anything. I've tried resetting. Made sure the clock setting was a fitbit face clock nothing seems to be working. Please Help

Hi @NatashaD41 Try a Factory Reset. If that doesnt fix the screen then you will need to contact Customer Support
BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
