My Fitbit went flat today put it on charge hours ago and nothing. Tried all the trouble shooting with no luck. Cleaned terminals changed to different plugs etc. I can’t find customer support email keeps directing me to twitter which I don’t hav an account for. Does anyone have customer support email?
Is there an Australian phone number I can call or can someone contact me? I have no watch and there doesn’t seem to be any help in solving my issue. A watch should last longer than 2 years!!
