Stupid question but how do I ensure that the music player is turned off when I am finished listening? This way it is not running even though I don't have my Bluetooth headphones on.

@VixM Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!  When you remove or turn off your bluetooth headphones the music player should stop. Still if you wish to confirm this just long press the right button then go to the music player and make sure it is paused/stopped. You can check your Versa's manual for more information.

Let me know how it goes!

Awesome thank you for making that clear. I just wanted to make sure that I was not wearing down the battery in the Fitbit. I have to say I have been using Fitbit since FitBit Alta a couple years ago than the Fitbit Charge 2 for the last year. This FitBit Versa was given to me by my husband because I wanted to use the music option instead of carrying my phone or IPod to the gym along with my wireless headphones and this has been amazing. One thing I noticed is that yesterday I mowed my back yard and the music did not cut out and stall and have issues with the Versa and wireless headphones like it did with the IPod and Wireless headphones when I tried that a few weeks previously. They worked smoothly and make mowing half and acre in 93 degree weather with non propelled push lawnmower a lot more tolerable. Now if you can give me advice on how to get my husband to buy me a new lawnmower or a rider mower LOL. Cause I love mowing the lawn which he finds insane of me but hey he knew that when he married me !!! Thanks to Fitbit it also makes me want to kick people’s butts in challenges because I am an extremely competitive person and I do not like to loose anything (except weight) LOL

Have a great Mother’s Day to all the moms out there.

@VixM I am really happy to hear about your experience with your Versa playing music for you! I can tell you will reach your goals in no time. Sadly there isn't much I can do about a rider mower but I know women do run the world so I know you will find a way to convince your husband to purchase one for you (like a few nights sleeping in the couch, lol I am just kidding or am I? Robot LOL ).

Keep it up and happy stepping!
