Poor Performance

The battery life is poor and the heart rate is off by about 25%.  Does anyone else have these problems?

Hi, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Firbit logo and release the buttons. This procedure will reset the internal system of the Versa. Hope it works!!

I saw your reply in another topic and it worked for me, thank you very much.

Had to charge my versa every 2 days as opposed to 4 days like normal. I did your suggestion and now my battery life is back to normal. Crazy.

I restarted mine 6 times ina row btw and then fully charged to 100% and left it for another hour on the charger once it had reached 100%.
