I can't find anywhere to tell fitbit that I am pregnant. This matters for several reasons, the first of which is the fact that the heart rate increases with pregnancy due to the increased blood volume in a pregnant woman's body. Calorie intake is also increased. And obviously, pregnant women don't have a menstrual cycle.
How do I record that type of information in my fitness profile?

Unfortunately you cant atbthe moment, but yiu could go and vote on THIS Feature Suggestion. The more votes it gets the more likely itnis to happen.

I posted and emailed them this pretty much verbatim a month ago. I need to track my exercise for my doctors so would love to have all my health information in one place, even if it meant adding my own custom notes. If I could just disable the “menstrual cycle” feature it would be less irritating than having to keep moving the red dot forward. I also find it ridiculous that they have a morning after pill quick-add but nothing for pregnancy or ovulation tests.

You are absolutely correct; this is ridiculous, and if you ask me, subtly sexist. They allow you to track not getting pregnant, but won't allow you to track a pregnancy, even if it's manually? My fitbit is telling me that my heart health measurement on my dash dropped from very good/excellent to average/good since I became pregnant. This is inaccurate, short-sighted and, quite frankly, downright stupid. Blood volume doubles during pregnancy and the heart pumps a lot harder to keep all that moving.
I just bought my fitbit this summer, for the express purpose of maintaining my fitness before, during, and after pregnancy. I've seen some posts from years ago that said you could, in fact, change a setting to alert fitbit that you were pregnant. Has that changed, or was that never true?
