I just bought my fitbit versa and it said I would get 30 days free membership but today I was charged the monthly rate and it's only been 7days. Is there an issue and what can I do about it?

I purchased the premium package and it does not give me any access to the wellness reports or anything else even though they show up on my charge 3.  I have been patiently waiting for some sort of update to straighten this out.  Can anyone get this working?
