Premium on Versa2

I had to purchase a new Versa2 ( The newer models are just too expensive )

it came with 6 months free Premium service but when I tap “ Try FitBit Premium “ I get an error message that says “ There is no product found that can be purchased “

 

I tried force stopping the app-Turning off Bluetooth-resetting phone and watch but I still cannot access it. The watch does sync with my watch with no issues. This all seemed to start when I tried adding the watch to my iPad so I can make changes from either my phone or iPad.

I also had to purchase a new Versa 2 that supposedly comes with 6 months free premium service, which is still not available.
