My cell phone was not setting up my Fitbit on the right date. It was 12 days behind. I uninstalled the program on my cell phone. Now I am having a problem reinstalling. I should have tried updating the program if that was possible. Can anything be done now?

Hi @Bt7 What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List? Am I right that you have uninstalled the Fitbit App from your phone and now cant reinstall it? Check that you have in fact uninstalled the App completely, not just removed the shortcut from the screen. If the app is completely gone restart your phone a couple of times and then try to reinstall the app again. If it still wont install, exactly what are you doing and what is goingnwrong?
