Problem with connecting Versa

Today I got a clock error telling me to try another clock face! I tried it but it still appears! I restart,but it is not help, i restart factory settings,and clear fitbit app,download new again,and nothing help. Now clock write that i must download the app,but i have one. I dont know what to do. They new,only 6 month.

A factory reset will remove the Versa from a users account, requiring the tracker to be setup again. However your account still thinks tye tracker is connected.

 

First step is to remove the Versa from the list of trusted bluetooth  devices.

Serving step is to do an Add Device and choose to replace the Versa.

Once the Versa has been setup it should be fine. 

BTW removing a tracker from your Fitbit account/app or a factory reset usually will only add problems,  not fix them.
