I have read the other options but the consensus seems to be that the many people are having problems with Windows10 not recognizing the doogle. Nothing I do seems to alleviate the problem. I have updated Windows 10 twice and made sure that the Bluetooth software is working. I am very upset that I upgraded from the Versa to the Versa2 and now I am having problems that I didn't have in the previous device. I hope Fitbit fixes this problem soon.

Hi @Shawllady Does your win 10 machine have built in bluetooth? If so then you do not need a dongle.
As for your dongle, is this a Fitbit or generic BT v4 dongle?
Also when serring up it is better to wait until Win 10 is up and running before plugging in the dongle.

I dont know, but windows better installing usb devices if windows is powered up.
I assume you are using the Win 10 app and not Fitbit Connect.
Have you tried a generic single yet?
