Hi!
I have a versa 2. since july 2018. I never use it while taking a bath/shower or going to swim, etc.
Yesterday I was in a river and forgot to keep my watch outside of water.
Several hours later: black screen.
Tried to restart, worked, then black screen again. Restart with no success.
Then the heart rate green lights worked and also the alarms kept going on until finally is 100% dead....
What can I do? It was fine until it was touched by some water. I’ve been using it for almost 2 years without touching any water because I was afraid of this to happen...
I am really disappointed with the quality of the watch.

To better assist you with this, after your device became unresponsive, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
