Hi, my Versa heart rate sensor is not working and now i found water drops inside. There 2years old and with the warranty expired. I have no idea what to do. I'm scared they stop working.

Unfortunately the seals don't like hot water and degrade over time.

You may be able to recover it [though it may not be reliable, depending on how wet it is]

Lie it on its left side and allow to dry for some days.

When you think it is dry try charging, not before.

If it gets hot when charging stop charging its probably not yet dry.

Once dry see how it goes.

Do not attempt a factory reset, that will kill it most likely.
