Problem with my fitbit versa 2

Hi just noticed this morning that my screen has turned blue.  Seems to be working OK though the screen is blurry.  I have tried to change the clock face which made no difference. I also tried to do a factory reset but it wouldn't do it.  Can you help.  Thanks Tracy OReilly

Hi @Tracyor68 - it has a problem, chat via the Fitbit app, Click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
