Problem with 'today' on Versa 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When I swipe up on my versa 2 and get the today tab, I only have 2 notifications - steps and heart rate.

I used to get more on my versa se - including sleep data. When I go to settings there are only 3 options which are all ticked - activity, hourly steps and heart rate. How do I get more information please?

Swipe all the way up and tap Edit. Then choose the stats you want.

This is happening to me now after factory reset, I'm not getting heart rate data either. There is nothing else to add from Edit tab. I wish I hadn't done the reset, heart rate still not displaying. I just got this for Christmas.

I reread your OP you say that when you swipe up to get to the today screen.

To get to the today screen, the one I thought was being asked about, we would swipe left.

From the clock, when swipeing up, you will find the edit for this screen.

Actually, on my Versa 2 I swipe up to see that.

I responded to this via email not realizing it was a forum answer. I've been chatting with support over Twitter. After my last restart this morning, I have the option to add the normal things.

Me too, you used to get 7, including being able to add water. It's  annoying as hell, especially as it states 7 options  the fitbit  basics part of the user guide.  I had to do a factory reset (every  time  my phone  gets a software update) and they had gone.  So did another factory  reset  and set up,  yep still  gone, just the 3 options.  I have  sent a message via twitter,  but I'm not holding my breath!

Well, after 2 factory resets and reinstalls. Then several  restarts  and further  uninstall and reinstalled app. They have  returned.

This has taken a couple of hours that I will never get back!

I finally got my options back after a restart.

Still no heart rate data, unfortunately.

Oh no! The problem is we keep  just doing  all we can to "fix" their issue. Yours is a new device,  personally I would return it.

I  returned  a Versa 3 that  just  kept unpairing and couldn't get GPS.  Fortunately I still had the old Versa 2, which is generally OK,  but I  always have issues if I  update my phone.  Admittedly  today's has been a particularly annoying issue.

But in your case,  a fitbit without HR data, that's not good.

I hope you are able to resolve this.
