Problems Pairing Versa

I have tried for 8 days to pair to phone.   Over 100 times. I unpaired all Bluetooth items, reboot the phone, turned Bluetooth off then back on, uninstalled fit bit App then reinstalled. Nothing happens. All I get is the fit bit logo when I move the watch. When I try to add device it says try again over an over.  I have read a lot an I see where it says hold right an left buttons to reset watch, an to turn on an off. But I only have one button on my watch. A button on the left side that's all.  An as for anything on the face it just has a fit bit logo. Please any help would be appreciated.

Hi @dixiegirl2261 , seems to me you have either a Fitbit Lite or a Versa 2. Furthermore it's important to know which Mobile Device you're using. Regards kuzibri
