Problems after recent update

My versa 2 has stopped showing my heart rate and did not track my sleep after the recent update.  Also dons when I go out aside to the point where I cannot see the screen at all.  I have restarted it and the problem has not gone away.

For your screen being dim, chec the Brightness in Settings on wrist.  Another thing that can keep the display dim is if you are accidentally in 'Sleep Mode'.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
