I can't get my Versa started. App was downloaded on i pad, later i tried on i phone SE. Both times app is okay but downloading doesn't get more than 12%. The screen of the Versa gives still the message 'download the fitbit app to get started' and sometimes it changes into a blue line that starts 'growing from the left side' but it stops at 12% and then I get the message that there's no wifi or no bluetooth while there is one on the i pad of i phone. I can't find any manuals or so to do this step by step - I'm not so used to downloading apps and all so I hope there is a simple solution for it !

Have you connected your Versa to your home wifi?

Hi... have you resolve this issue.. i have the same problem here. Took me 2.5 hours to get to 20% with the blue line on screen then it stops. So frustrating

I got in contact with Fitbit and after several things to try they have send me a new one. This one works as how it should - so I'm happy no 🙂
Best is to get in contact with the help support of Fitbit.
